Shipping Policy

We offer the following delivery options across the UK:

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will be dispatched the same working day
• Orders after 2:00 PM: Will be processed and dispatched the next working day
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday
• Bank Holidays: Please allow an extra day for dispatch during UK bank holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Your unique tracking number
• A direct link to track your parcel
• Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

We partner with trusted UK carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

• Royal Mail: For standard and tracked deliveries
• Evri (formerly Hermes): For express and next-day services

The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland

Please note: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may take an additional 1-2 working days.
